About Ronald Stair
RONALD K. STAIR, PhD, AEP, MLT, EA, ERPA
PRESIDENT, CREATIVE PLAN DESIGNS, LTD.

 
Dr. Stair has over thirty years of experience in the actuarial and employee benefits consulting field. He is an alumnus of Hartwick College, The College of William and Mary, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and New York University. Dr. Stair holds degrees in mathematics, bio-physics and taxation. Dr. Stair is a frequent local and national speaker on topics relative to retirement plans and employee benefit programs. He is certified to grant continuing education credits to Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners and Agents of the Internal Revenue Service. Dr. Stair’s community service includes membership on the Board and Vice-President of Hope for Youth, a child welfare agency servicing Nassau and Suffolk County families in crisis.
