Rachelle joined Creative Plan Designs in January 2018 as Vice President of Business Development. In her role, Rachelle initiates and strengthens the relationships CPD fosters with accountants, financial planners, and other referral partners. In addition, Rachelle uses social media to market and promote CPD as a thought leader and innovator in the retirement plan industry.

She also represents CPD in various industry associations. Prior to joining CPD, Rachelle was Manager of Business Development at CareConnect, Northwell Health’s health insurance firm. Throughout her career, Rachelle has held several senior sales and business development positions in the banking and finance fields.
